Lazio came from behind to stun Inter Milan 2-1 and move within a point of leaders Juventus at the top of Serie A. 

Ashley Young gave Inter the lead on 44 minutes but Lazio showed they’re genuine title contenders as they produced a brilliant second half comeback.

Ciro Immobile equalised from the penalty spot on 50 minutes and then Sergej Milinkovic-Savic sealed victory with his 69th minute strike.

Ciro Immobile made it 1-1 on 55 minutes after Ashley Young had given Inter a first half lead

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic then fired home the winner on 69 minutes to give Lazio victory

Milinkovic Savic celebrated his winner after the game with the club’s mascot

The victory moved Lazio into second on 56 points, one behind leaders Juventus and two ahead of Inter in third.

The result also saw the Roman club extend their club record unbeaten run in Serie A to 19 games as they ended Inter’s own sequence of 16 games without a league defeat.
