Dominik Beier, former speaker of the board for Interwetten and global head of advertising and sponsorship sales for Sportradar, has joined sports marketing, events and consulting agency e|motion.
Beier worked at sports betting company Interwetten for almost two years. While there, the company increased its revenue by 50% over the period. The group also expanded into a number of new territories.
While at Sportradar from 2013 to 2019, Beier had a number of responsibilities including leading the sales department, budget planning and evaluation of new projects and opportunities.
e|motion CEO and founder Herwig Straka described 29-year-old Beier as “a real team player and a very entrepreneurial manager who works hard to achieve common goals.”
Commenting on his new role, Beier said: “I am very much looking forward to the new challenge and exciting projects at e|motion.
“I have a long business relationship with Herwig Straka which was always on a very high level of respect and appreciation.
“It is great to see what e|motion group has developed over the past two years, especially within tennis. My aim is to further build on that great basis, strengthen the core business but also develop new business areas within digitalisation or consulting.”
