‘On my side everything is green lit’: Djibril Sidibe tells Monaco he wants to make loan move at Everton permanent – and Toffees can have him for £13m
Djibril Sidibe is keen to turn his loan move to Everton into a permanent one this summer.
The 27-year-old is currently on loan from Monaco but the Premier League is where he wants to be, having enjoyed his stint in the north west of England so far this season.
Everton have the option to make his move permanent with an agreed fee of £12.7million already in place.

And the move looks on for the World Cup-winner after claiming that boss Carlo Ancelotti ‘has faith’ in him and knows the ‘coach’s position’ on the matter.
In an interview with French television channel RMC, Sidibe has been quoted as saying that ‘everything is green lit’ on his side of things when it comes to a move.
‘I have had a discussion with the Monaco board, they know my position, I know theirs,’ Sidibe is quoted as telling RMC.
‘My aim is to play matches at a high intensity, which is what I have discovered in the Premier League.

‘Concerning Everton, I have my position, I also know the coach’s position. I can’t say, but on my side everything is green lit.
‘The coach likes me, he has faith in me. Then there are things that will count that I do not have control over, Monaco’s position, Everton’s position.
‘My aim is to play the maximum number of games until the end of the season, Euro 2020 is coming. (Everton) really want to invest to reach the European places and that is something that is well on its way and that interests me, it is what I want, we will see what the future has in store.’
Sidibe has made 24 appearances for the Toffees in all competitions this season, setting up five goals for his team-mates.
