‘I feel a lot of joy, but also sadness for PSG, it hurts my heart a bit even though I am 100% Bayern as I have said.’
But he said he felt ‘sadness’ for Layvin Kurzawa, Marco Verratti and the rest of the PSG squad
On the final itself, Coman added: ‘Since the beginning, we tried to control the match.
‘They had counters, we knew that they were going to be dangerous. PSG had a super match, as did we, it was a super final.’
Coman also became the second-youngest player to be named Man of the Match in a Champions League final this century, beaten only by a 23-year-old Lionel Messi in 2011.
Bayern’s triumph in Lisbon was also the 20th trophy of Coman’s career in a list which also includes five Bundesliga titles and two Ligue 1 and Serie A trophies.
